Our Uptown office is located 4773 Yonge Street (Hullmark Centre), Unit 4G (Fourth Floor), inside Seaborn Health Clinic.
NOTE: The previous occupant, Dr. Mortazavi (Cardiologist), still has signage up, but this will be updated in the coming weeks.
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early on the day of your initial visit, to ensure sufficient time for navigating parking. Please follow the address indicated above, if you search for us in Google Maps you will be directed to our Midtown Location.
There's underground parking available and elevators for you to come to the office with your stroller if you'd like. The parking is on Bales Avenue, you can access via Sheppard east or Anndale. The Wholefoods and Rexall in the building validate with a $15 purchase. Elevators are accessible from P1, P2 & P3 following 4773 Yonge Street signage. Office is located on the 4th floor, halfway down the hall on the Left Hand side. The TTC Subway is also accessible in the building on P2. Additional parking is available across the street (Green P, Street Level & Paid); enter at the front of the building to the left of Rexall.
